Delete Your Data

How to delete your GLYDE account and all associated data.

Delete from the App

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the GLYDE app:

Open GLYDE and tap the gear icon (⚙️) on the Dashboard to open Settings.

Scroll down and tap "Delete All Data".

Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Delete via Email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by email:

Send an email to privacy@getglyde.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your Apple ID so we can locate your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting a PDF report from the Summary tab before deleting your account if you want to keep a copy of your data.

Deletion Timeline

Note: Deleting your GLYDE account does not affect the glucose data stored in Apple Health. To manage your Apple Health data, go to iOS Settings → Privacy → Health.
